Camels live in the desert, where it is hot and dry. They have thick hair that protects them from the sun
They have wide, soft feet that help the camel to walk a long time in the hot sand. The camel is called; "The ship of the desert." because it can live for days in the desert without food or water. It has a long neck to reach high palm trees
